A historic year for the 12th Special Forces Brigade Azov — a year of growth and reaching new horizons.
The unit became a model and the foundation for forming one of the largest forces in the modern Ukrainian army, the First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine. This milestone marks more than 11 years of continuous struggle against the enemy, a battle that every Azov serviceman has lived through.
In 2025, the brigade continued its combat path in the Kostyantynivka sector, disrupting the enemy’s bold plans to take control of the Sloviansk–Kramatorsk agglomeration. Repelling assaults, destroying enemy infantry and equipment, building fortifications and strongpoints — Azov continues to play a crucial role in the defense of Kostyantynivka and its outskirts.
The brigade continues to grow, recruit, and train new motivated fighters. More and more volunteers, both from Ukraine and abroad, are choosing to join Azov.
